In stock items are usually despatched within 1 - 3 working days.

Returns Policy.

We only accept returns for goods that are found to be damaged, or faulty upon delivery. If you collect the goods, or arrange for your own couriers to collect the goods, from one of our warehouses then you are responsible for checking the condition of the goods at the time of collection, We cannot and will not be held liable for damage etc that may occur after you have collected the goods. 

Businesses selling to other businesses are exempt from the Consumer Contracts (formerly Distance Selling) regulations.

If you wish to return a damaged product that we have delivered to you, you have 7 days from the day following delivery to return it to us. You must contact us by email and supply photographic evidence within one working day of the item being delivered to obtain Authorisation.

In the case of non B2B sales, For any item to be considered for return/refund it must be sent back to us in its original packaging, unopened and as received. We cannot accept returns of any item witch has been opened or used.

You the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us within 14 days. (If the item/s are not returned within the prescribed 14 days the the return/s will not be accepted and no refund will be issued). It can be shipped back via a service of your choice although we do recommend a secure trackable method that requires a signature on delivery.

Upon receiving the returned goods we will check and inspect the goods. If we deem appropriate, photographic evidence will be taken. Only if the goods are not as described or damaged will we refund you (within 14 working days of our receipt of the returned goods) in full, less any payment processing charges applied to credit/debit card or Paypal payment methods, for the product, The original shipping fee is not refundable.

Please note that our decision on the condition of the returned goods and the refund to the customer is final & no exceptions will be made whatsoever.

Goods that are returned and found not to be damaged or faulty may attract a restocking fee.

Payment processing fees will not be refunded to your account when we issue refunds for any goods that are either cancelled or returned to us which are either "As described" and or "Not faulty"
